Re: LDV Trophy 20th Dec

from the bbc...

Tranmere v Carlisle
Tranmere's Ian Sharps, Ian Goodison, Gareth Roberts and Calvin Zola have all picked up knocks and will need late fitness tests.
On-loan defender Simon Francis is ineligible for the clash, despite extending his stay at the club from Sheffield United for a second month.
Carlisle are expected to have a fully-fit squad to choose from.
Nathan Hawley has received an injection to solve a ligament complaint and will be available.

Cheltenham v Oxford
Cheltenham defender Jamie Victory remains the only absentee with a persistent groin complaint.
manager John Ward is confident Victory will return for the Boxing Day visit of Chester, but this game comes too soon for the former West Ham trainee.
Oxford's Chris Tardif could start ahead of heavily criticised first-choice keeper Billy Turley.
Elsewhere, striker Steve Basham (calf) and on-loan Oldham forward Adam Griffin (dead leg) could return.

Walsall v Wycombe
Walsall goalkeeper Andy Oakes could be recalled after recovering from hand ligament surgery.
Michael Standing has bounced back from a hamstring problem, while Jorge Leitao returns from a one-game ban, but Ishmel Demontagnac (suspension) is still out.
Wycombe midfielders Sergio Torres and Rob Lee picked up knocks on Saturday and are struggling.
Goalkeeper Frank Talia (shoulder) is doubtful but James Faulkner, Steven Gregory and Ikechi Anya are available

MK Dons v Colchester
MK Dons are likely to be without strikers Izale McLeod (knee) and Clive Platt (ankle).
Elsewhere, defender Ben Chorley begins a three-match ban while midfielder Gary Smith has damaged knee ligaments.
Colchester will be forced into making at least one change as on-loan striker Jamie Cureton is cup-tied, having played for Swindon earlier this season.
The likes of Karl Duguid, Kem Izzet, Garry Richards and goalkeeper Dean Gerken could therefore come in.

Hereford v Scunthorpe
Hereford boss Graham Turner is likely to name an unchanged side after Saturday's 7-1 FA Trophy win at Bognor.
But Jon Brady is available following suspension, but may have to make do with a place on the bench, as will Jamie Pitman and Danny Carey-Bertram,
Scunthorpe defender Richard Hinds will be the only new absentee for trip to Hereford as he serves a one-game ban.
Fellow defender Andy Butler (hamstring) and midfielder Matt Sparrow (knee) are both still out.
