Duno what limits you play Doc but believe me internet low limit cash games this happens dead regular like. I lead into em, they re-raise me big so i put em all in in reply and then they call cos theres a lot in the pot. Alternatively lead into em, they raise you, you flat call then you check raise em all in on the turn.
