This is just horrible. The sick bastard should be hung drawn and quartered!
I am sure I read a little while back how a man was jailed for smacking his child (as in a little smack on the bottom) after she had run onto the road so for her own sake to prevent her from doing it again. Then you get sick bastards like this that could be sharing his cell. Really pisses me off.
