Hearts striker Michal Pospisil has been ruled out of the Scottish Cup quarter-final visit by Partick Thistle after suffering a cut above an eye.

But midfielder Paul Hartley is back after suspension. Midfielders Jamie McAllister and Lee Johnson are dropped from the squad.

Thistle will be without defender Scott McCulloch after he strained his cruciate knee ligament.

The Second Division side hope to avenge their third-round defeat last season.
