William Hill as well as the author of a number of gambling books.. He has had an regular article in the Daily Express for quite a few years now, and to be fair despite the fact he is rather self-righteous and pompous, he also gives out some pretty good general sports tips. He normally stars them 1 to 4 with his 4* tips being the strongest. He probably tips up a max a handful of times a year, so when he does I generally take note, as the strike rate is exceptionally high.
Anyhow he has just released another one, which to be fair looks very good..
