Not sure how many of you know Graham Sharp, but he is a bigwig PR guy for William Hill as well as the author of a number of gambling books.. He has had an regular article in the Daily Express for quite a few years now, and to be fair despite the fact he is rather self-righteous and pompous, he also gives out some pretty good general sports tips. He normally stars them 1 to 4 with his 4* tips being the strongest. He probably tips up a max a handful of times a year, so when he does I generally take note, as the strike rate is exceptionally high.

Anyhow he has just released another one, which to be fair looks very good..

Well Wiggins is the individual pursuit gold medalist, Cavendish should now be fresh from his 4 stage wins in the Tour de France, and the Great Britain Cycling team appear invincible !!!

I will be well fcuked off if they don't win as they really should.. Plus I am cacking it as I have a maximum bet on them...

This track cycling event consists of a single race. This race is a 50 kilometre, 200 lap race. Cyclists compete in pairs, with one resting as the other rides. Placing was determined first by laps, then by points. Points were awarded based on intermediate sprints held every 20 laps. The first finisher in each sprint earns 5 points, the second gets 3, the third finisher earns 2, and the fourth place cyclist after each sprint gets 1 point
