Well, he was in training with us last week and last night his Argentinian butt cheeks adorned the bench at the Nou Camp - or Camp Nou if you're a c*nt of a commentator.
Its a funny one this. No details as yet to explain what form the deal takes but I have been told its an 18 month loan deal. He is still owned by MSI and presumably they are using us as a means to inflate his transfer value. And for that we get to use this guy for a season and a half - sounds alright to me.
His transfer to West Ham could yet be ruled illegal though and Im not sure where that would leave arl Javier if that was the case. Apparently Premier League rules prehibit the ownership of a player by a third
party. So a player has to be owned by a football club. MSI obviously arent a football club and if they DO own him, Im not sure where that would leave the deal.
Seems wierd to me that he was ever actually allowed to sign for the club in the first place, if Premier League rules outlaw that sort of transfer.....
