Broms mentioned Leek and Prescot and they were also both on my shortlist as well. The prices on offer do represent good value and I have decided to punt both.
The simple explanation in each case is the respective recent form of the teams involved and the prices are not in line with true chance of each. The bookmakers have priced them on current league positions together with an element of must win. Hence good value in our favour.
The Leek forum published a rathing telling league table based on results from 1.1.07. Prescot and Leek occupy healthy positions compared to todays opponents Hednesford and Ashton who languish at the other end of the table.
