Agreed (with Mod). 4 and 5 tabling $1/$2 limit is a very very easy way to make money, especially if you're clearing bonuses at the same time.
Here's what I prefer:
Live cash game - NL or PL
Online cash game - Fixed
Any holdem tournament - NL
