betfair this morning. The title is pretty much going to Turin this year, and Milan should be concentrating on the Liverpool game mid week. There is media talk of a lot of Milan players being rested for this match although I haven't been able to confirm this.
Small/medium stake bet for me as it's based purely on rumour and experience of this league.
