Apparently the Royals didnt think Kate's family were posh enough. The mother's side came from Durham mining stock and that just wouldnt do. Apparently at a Royal Engagement, the mum said "pleased to meet you" rather than "how do you do?" and that was the death kiss.

The Royals are so fucking snobbish that no one bar a plum toff will be allowed to marry William. Shame they still havent learned the lessons his mother taught us.

Dont get me wrong, I'm no Diana fan but she did lift the lid on the cess pit that is the Royal's attitude to people that dont come from their inbred inner circle.
