Last season, Sengkang finished at the bottom of the league table with just four victories, five points below the nearest rivals Geylang. This season they aren't much better, so far hosts managed to gather only five points, from seven games. And their only win was away from Hougang Stadium, against Albirex Niigata 3:1. Other points are from draws at home against Armed Forces 1:1 and Young Lions 3:3.
Newcomers, Super Reds are even worse as they have only three points out of seven games, and they are currently at the bottom of the league table. Their only win was on away too, against Geylang United 1:0. Probably their main problem is inexperience, as they have relatively young squad, with an average age of 21. Confirmation for this are all those heavy losses (two or more goals differences) this season.

Sengkang performed good against Woodlands in last match. They were leading the bigger part of the match but unfortunately they conceded three goals till the end of the game. One of those was own goal! For this game they will miss forward Jonathon Angelucci, defenders Nabeel Yusoff and Norazmi Kasmani due to suspensions and defenders Mohamed Mardani and Salleh Firdaus (injuries).
On the other side Super Reds underperformed even against the second worst team in the league, Liaoning Guangyuan 1:4, in last match at Yishun Stadium. They were down 0:3 already at the halftime. They also have missings for this game, forward Kim Jin Won and midfielder U Ja Rang due to suspension.

Super Reds may score once at this game, as they already proved that they are capable to do that on away games, even against tougher opponents. Guests didn't score only on one out of four away games this season. And those Sengkang's missings in defense can only help guests in scoring. Still i think that hosts will win this, as guests are just too inexperienced. Also Super Reds' defense is the worst in the league, with 16 goals conceded on away games so far. And on three out of four games, they conceded five or more goals! So we can probably expect lot of goals too.

Picks:
Sengkang Punggol @1.55
Over 3.5 @2.20
