End Of Poker Night Live/Pokerzone

Quote:
It is with much sadness that on behalf of pokerzone I have to announce that the channel's last day of transmission will be Thursday May 31st 2007.

Sadly the down turn in the poker market coupled with the high cost of running a broadcast channel has forced this decision upon us.

Poker Night Live will end its regular schedule at the end of April and a schedule of a few final shows throughout May will be issued shortly.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has watched and contributed to the channel over the last two and a half years. It has been an exciting journey and we certainly wouldn't have had as much fun without you all.
Pokerzone broadband forum and website will still be available for the foreseeable future and we are also in discussion with other channels who may resurrect Poker Night Live in the future.

Until then, farewell from us all and enjoy the final few weeks of broadcast.

P.S. If anyone out there wants to buy it then let us know

Thank you all for your support and good luck in your poker careers.

From Jim, Sam, The Big Bad Mod and all the pokerzone team.

I think this show was great and am gutted it's being switched off. I watched it a lot, especially when I was at Uni (some boozy 2am watching in there ) The likes of Dr. Tom, Caspar Berry, Axxeman, Nick Wealthall, Mark Banin (I could go on) have added to my poker knowledge sooooo much over the last 2-3 years.

Don't think I can bear to watch The Open
