One problem with that slick is that who wins the semi is not made public - so unless you can find it out from someone with inside knowledge (and it was leaked last year, more unlikely this year as a result but I've no doubt those in the know will make their money) it's no clearer.
No sure about a 5 place market but
Betfair has top 4 and top 10 markets up.
