I think various Weatherspoons pub in England introduced a voluntary smoking ban last year. It was such a massive success that they decided to drop the ban and re-introduced smoking.

I have mixed emotions Traeth - I agree that if the Government lose revenues from tobacco sales they will raise taxes accross the board in other areas. So it will have a negative financial impact on nonsmokers. They have to recoup the money from somewhere dont they.
