I would raise the turn when you hit it cains. You want to start building the pot there so its big enough to make a good river bet and look enticing for him to call. He will find it hard to put you on a gutshot as well and there are far too many cards that might kill your action on the river if you slowplay, so a raise is probably best there in the long run. If he calls I would put a pretty sizeable bet on the river.
If this hand was played on
pokerstars cains then its like pulling teeth there. It really is a total rock garden and very hard to get paid off on anything. The only time a lot of money goes into a pot seems to be set over set or when someone trys a bluff. The ratio of donkatrons to good players on there is pretty bad.
