There was some kind of off-field problem with Angers, $olvent. After a quick look through L'Equipe, from what I can make out the league tried to refuse them professional status (which would've meant they couldn't play in Ligue 2), on the basis that they were requesting this professional status less than 2 years after previously turning it down. There was therefore doubt over whether the game would be played or not. However, a tribunal has ruled in favour of Angers, so they will be able to play. The League have the option of appealing, but their lawyer is quoted as saying they'll accept the verdict, so Angers should be OK.

Not sure I'd say Brest are a strong home side though - they were 15th in the home table last season, with a 7-9-3 record. Tough to beat, definitely, but they drew far too many really.

Not sure I'll be betting on anything in this league for the first few weeks, may just wait and see how things develop for a while.
