I'm confused. So the writer is saying that there really aren't a load of people out there waiting to buy tickets but then goes on to say that the tickets will sell before the season starts.
I'm not sure if the waiting list ever existed in the numbers quoted or not but if the Glazers can increase the capacity, increase the prices and still fill it then they don't have a problem.
Fans can post what they like on internet forums but they're still daft enough to turn up this year and next year when the prices go up again
