Tampere are currently top of their domestic league, 13 games into the season and have won all 6 home games so far. They don't have a great European pedigree, but they have just won their first ever Champions League games, albeit against a San Marinan team. Psychologically they should be as ready for this game as they'll ever be.
I'm opposing Levski as their domestic season is yet to start, match fitness possibly being a little lacking.
Taking my run of luck into consideration, Tampere will probably get hammered here, but I feel the odds on them winning at home when they're atop the league in the middle of the season are too big (or Levski's odds are too short).

I wish you luck, seems reasonable, Tampere is currently +0.5 with the handicap and the money's coming in about even, a little more on the Tampere side to nick a draw. One thing, though, is that every year the CL teams that enter play in the second round are all out of season and not match fit, so I wouldn't single this one out. I'm taking a couple of favorites today and neither has played a real game since May...
