99 After A Pre-Flop Raise - What's The Plan??

Pre-flop raiser is a multi-tabling TAG, pretty good and straightforward (stats 18/9/1.8). Cold-caller on button is another regular, but he is Semi-Loose, aggressive post-flop (23/6/3.9). (Btw, the button was the guy with AK in the hand I had 78hh for the flopped flush last week if that helps)

Should I lead this and fold to a raise? Lead/call? Check/call? Check/raise?
