Its 3 up, 3 down Wayne
The reason its not in the rules thread is because it always ends up being affected by the minimum play rule, ie 3 down from div 1 but one has missed 5 bets so goes into the bottom division leaving div 2 one player short meaning 4 players up from div 3....phew
We're currently going on 14 players per division but if so many continue to play then that might theoretically change at our discretion, but in each case a minimum of 3 will be promoted & a maximum of 3 relegated......minimum play excepted
