Basically the example is to show how its about the bet sizes. Even though he was UTG thus most likely place to have a big pair the bet size really looks like it isnt that but big cards. Betting in every street there and raising UTG he should have AA or KK there but his bet sizes there make it a call down cos they show up without it quite a lot when you get that just less than half pot tell.
