Barring a last minute Ram-raid for Juan 'the man' Ramos, it seems that Jol is safe for the time being at least.
Apparently, the board have laid down conditions for Martin Jol to remain in his job. He needs to bring Champions League football to Spurs, so a top 4 finish basicially or he's out.
They have been more consistant over the last 2 years than for God knows how long and yet the Spurs board (and the fans too) seem to be doing everything they can to de-rail the club.
Why oh why oh why?
Then again, I think we have our reason here why Spurs are and always will be an also ran. Consistancy is what you need, not crisis after 3 games when you sit above Manchester United in the league table, on 3 points.
