Re: Kop in the Conference

Blue Square Premier

I like the look of Burton too, Skybet go 11/10 for the away here but all others are odds on to date, you’d expect them to beat Droylsden.
Daryl Clare made his come back from a few games off at the weekend and scored both the goals in a 2-0 win at home to Woking, (though Woking were down to 10 men after 15 mins.) I think Clare might be on the score sheet again here, he’ll also take any Burton penalty should they get one.

Another player I’ve taken as a first goalscorer is Craig Dobson of Stevenage, who are away to Forest Green. Dobson has scored in 3 of Boro’s last 6 games including two on the road, with a 50% scoring rate in those 6 games odds of 22/1 are worth a bet for me especially as e.w works out at over 7/1.

I said just last week I tend not to get involved with teams starting -1 but I couldn’t resist Torquay-1 at home to Weymouth with odds of 11/8.
Weymouth have hit rock bottom in their last two games, they had been on a decent run but successive home losses, first to a late goal from Rushden and then a 1-3 loss to lowly Stafford Rangers on Saturday must have knocked confidence and they certainly wont be looking forward to going to Torquay.
Torquay have bounced back in fine style since getting beat at Burton by winning 3 on the trot and scoring 13 in the process.
As I say I don’t like these -1 bets but if ever there was a case then it could be this one and the odds look big enough for it.
