Hello im looking for a buit of help here

Ive set it up so as folks have a spreadsheet in their blog admin and when they update it it appears on the front page of their blog for eeryone to see. Thing is i dont know how to set it up so as it auto works things out etc. can anyone with a bit of knowledge pop by and maybe assist me as it would be nice to see if this should work for us or not.
