I'm a sucker for placing ante post bets on reality programmes before the series starts. The key reason for this is that it enables me to look at the contestants and trying to second guess how they will be in the programme and how the audience will react to them..I then balance this up against the price and if I feel there is a decent value price to snap up - which potentially may not last once the series begins - then I jump in! Of course this can backfire every now and then - but hey that's the risk you take..
This has hit me again when I looked at the line up..
Sadly I wasnt quick enough for the 40/1 that Paddy offered, but I still feel that the 33/1 on offer from

Koo Stark is great value!!
Koo is the infamous soft porm star in the early 80's that dated 'Randy Andy' (Prince Andrew that is....).. The relationship had to end due to Royal pressure, but to the credit of Koo she never kiss and told - despite being offered loads of money - and much to the delight to the Royalists (many of which follow this reality programme). Now she has moved on since, and done ok for herself, and I reckon this is the time when she comes good..
Contestants with a royal background or connection/posh people tend to do well in this series and I think this sort of audience could well warm to Koo if she enters the jungle unassuming and gets stuck in..
Just think the price is too good to refuse, and therefore I've had a little dabble to commit me to watching the damn thing!!
Lets just hope she is definately entering..
