What you tend to find on
Betfair is that dogs are given their true value almost all of the time, which of course means it works the other way aswell, often youll find people backing dogs heavily BELOW the bookies price! Thats a practice I've never understood but it goes on. Youre looking at the price shift in your last post in totally the wrong way, the apparently out of sync SP's are actually a reflection of the scoundrel bookmakers (especially the high street, who tend to see most punters fire on ridiculous F/c and T/c bets) thieving odds. Just because a dog is 6/1 in
Ladbrokes or Star Racing, it doesnt necessarily mean the 12/1 on Berfair is a value bet (obv is in some cases), it just means that the Bookmaker is offering hideously shite odds.
