when viewing what you want to post click f12 or Print Screen (near each other on the keyboard)
Now click RUN (in windows) and type mspaint. Ok that and start it up. Now click Cntrl+v at the same time and your screenie should appear in Paint. Use the right hand rectangle tool in the tools on the left. cut your pic to size. Now FILE and Save as
Now its just a simple case of going to
ImageShack® - Hosting
browse for pic and make sure the resize button is unchecked. Upload pic (host it) and now go to the bottom to 'Direct link to image'. Copy the address. Now back at
TDP click the wee yellow envelope looking icon above the post input box. Paste in the pic address and viola.
