Genclerbirligi OFTAS (former ASAS) was like a "reserve team" for Genclerbirligi for years. Also they had a mission to search all country and to find talented youngsters. Those players were gaining experience at lower leagues. But they builded a very strong squad and the team promoted 3 leagues at 4 years. Now for the first time in Turkish league one person has two teams. Actually there is no ownership in Turkish football clubs but Genclerbirligi president Ilhan Cavcav is there for nearly 30 years, OFTAS have a different president but everybody knows both two teams are controlled by same man. These two teams trains at same training zone.

This is the situation and Genclerbirligi is in relegation zone and urgently needs 3 points. There are rumours that "Genclerbirligi will win, because they need more" even some Genclerbirligi fans thinks like this.

Without this relations, the match can go any way. Genclerbirligi had a poor first half by their standards but as I wrote at midweek, they showed some improvement recently. OFTAS is a team with full of inexperienced youngsters but play very nice football.
