Yes it is bad. As far as I remember, he didnt admit to cheating and hold his hands up - he was caught through random testing.
And as for 'doing it clean' - I dont think he should be allowed to compete again. He used banned drugs to build extra muscle, gain extra speed - how do we know that he isnt a better athlete as a result of it - even though he is now clean?
What are the long term effects? If you have build extra muscle through EPO or THG - does it ever 'go way' or does it stay with the athlete for ever?
How do we know he isnt gaining an ill gotten advantage from his historical drug use?
