I dont think its money that would be the problem as he hasnt had money ever to buy players with really at most clubs. Celtic wouldnt be a challenge anymore to him, as he's proven what he can do with "smaller" clubs in the weaker leagues. With PSV he now has taking them as far as he can, but Celtic is a step back as he will be wanting to pit his wits against the top managers in the top leagues now i would imagine.
