PaddyPower they still have the market up for the Prem so will still have people placing large bets on Chelsea at short odds. They just paid out to people who already backed em.
NB - I cant find the bet at any higher than 13/8. Was the 2/1 just an estimate Chris?
Still taking it if those are the odds I get, cos I cant see how theres any worse than an Evens shot for the outcome
