on first look motherwell should be odds on to win a struggling gretna, hearts were unlucky to concede an own goal yesterday after going 1-0 up despite having a man sent off earlier on. and to be fair hearts did have a decent chance of winning even after the red card. motherwell seems to be doing well lately, solid mid-table side looking by their recent results.

according to news from soccernet and bbc sport, aberdeen is missing quite a few players, adding to the fact they had a uefa cup tie just days ago, i'll be going with hibernian if i were to have any stakes...hibernian with full squad as well...AH at level, not bad an option...

yikes! forgot to consider the fact that hibernian, despite having a decent squad in the SPL, haven't really gotten a positive result for quite a while. Their last match vs dundee was a fortunate comeback after dundee went two up but had a man sent off.

As I'm typing, aberdeen goes 2-1 after trailing early on, hibernian really struggling badly it seems...don't think anybody should back them with confidence(even with handicap) for the time being...

Thats twice i've watched hibs and still struggle to work out why they are 3rd. They have been really rank against Aberdeen twice now. I don't rate hibs that highly - good start maybe but i feel they will struggle to hold on to 3rd imho with Hearts and Aberdeen maybe getting there act together. I always thought Europe would hinder Aberdeen and this nearly been over and Aberdeen played the tough fixtures then i would expect Aberdeen to be near 3rd by the time the 2nd lot of fixtures have been played (22 games)
