Re: 18/19th Dec: Carling Cup

When was the last time a player scored 5 goals in two games and didn't win either of them?

That's the positions Blackburn's Santa Cruz is in at the moment.

Cant see past Chelsea tonight what with their never ending home record even though without Drogba who is a loss and Terry who hasnt been playing well for a while now. Liverpool look like Torres and Gerrard aint playing so expect many changes as usual.

well ppl, couldn't even begin to pick an out come for the match tonight so i've taken a walk down silly street and placed 2 outragous small bets with great odds haha. 1st being chelsea to win 2-0 with shevy 2 score 1st at 33/1 and 2nd is also chelsea, this time to win 3-1 with wright phillips to score 1st at a massive 100/1. footballs a funny old game so u never know!!!!

I also favour Chelsea. Home record etc will be the extra carrot in fron of the donkey. Terry will be a loss but as mentioned he hasnt been firing on all cylinders and if Gerrard doesn't play then that will also be a plus for chelsea.

What a way to make yourself look a prize cunt. Linesman in the Chelsea Liverpool game has just limped off injured just as the game was starting.

Re: 18/19th Dec: Carling Cup

I'm on over 2.5 goals in the Chelsea Liverpool game. For no other reason than the teams are not the normal first team selections and therefore anything could happen. And if anything could happen, then their could well be three goals. Neither of them will really want extra time, so 1-1 after 60 minutes would suit me nicely

2.6 on betfair.

Could have had a goal either end in the last minute Two 1 on 1s with the keeper

Bit harsh mate. Keepers did well to be fair.

Still 45 minutes left yet. Keep hoping

I am on over 2.5 goals too. We are fucked

What a terrible terrible frontline both sides have in the final 3rd. As soon as they get anywhere near the box the players look clueless. The two best chances in the game came from tackles into their path.

True enough Kiko. The attacks may not be creating much but with defending like that we always have a chance
