so the owner getting a major illness and deciding that his own life is more important than a football club is 'their own fault'?

As ill as Brokes Mileson has been, and with all due respect to him and his family, he and the club are using his illness as a smokescreen.
He has slowly been pulling funding from the club over a sustained period of time. He has had his dream and is now getting out as quietly as possible. His illness has provided the perfect platform to do this.
I can't understand it myself; its a wierd time to be pulling out completely - with only a few games to go in the season. An opportunity/smokescreen he couldn't miss though.
No one is questioning the decision of Davie Irons and co to leave now are they??
