Re: Premiership - 16/17th

No Giggs will be a big blow for them as hes played great so far. He won Player of the Month which he has NEVER won before! Can you believe that? Well its true but baffling for sure! The annoying Ronaldo will probably come in to replace him i guess.

Id be more worried about Arsenals absentees though, it looks like Henry will miss out and Van Persie is their best otherwise and he may or may not miss out also. So if anyone is betting Arsenal better to wait for line ups cos those 2 make a massive difference to their chances.

For what its worth I think its priced about right really. This kind of encounter is inconsequential in the grand scheme seeing as its going to be Chelsea and Everton battling it out for the title this season.

Ahem.

What do we reckon to Chelska v Liverpool, is the game gona be any good or are they gona grind it out like they sometimes do. Chelsea unbeaten in 2 seasons now at Stamford Bridge, I do believe anyone betting Liverpool would have to be a leetle bit mad to take on that record! It is true that Liverpool have done very well against Chelsea but this has only been in cups to be honest, Liverpool seem to raise their game on the cup nights. In actual fact Chelsea have won 9 of their last 10 league games against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge which is super strong.

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

10-3-1 @ stamford vs. Liverpool in the Premiership. I think they showed that on ChelseaTV last night. But who cares about them stupid stats, this'll be an away win and that is no stat, that's a fact

Back to the real world, both defences aren't in their best form so I think this one could be an over. Haven't checked any other odds yet, but did see 2,15 and I'll be taking that

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

Well I was thinking Charlton pre-injuries but I think that's 3 defenders they have left: young, karkouri and kishishev and the last one not being starting XI-material if it they didn't have these problems. Pompey still flying, though maybe a bit lucky last time vs. Wigan, but still no goals conceded. Does anyone btw know did Ladbrokes start with 2,40 or has it droppped?

Anyways, away win for me @ 2,95

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

Well...have been a Gunners fan for ages, and i feel that Henry's absence might not be that big a blow. True he has been a talisman for us, but in recent weeks he has not been playing that well, and we have shown that we can play well w/o him also. Another point is that soo far this season Arsenal has always been playing against teams sitting back against them, and have struggled, but for this game Man United will be coming at them, and the Gunners will be the ones playing the soak n strike game, suits them fine. I feel Van Persie out wld probably be a bigger blow as he has been playing fine in recent weeks. Its true that Man United has had a great advantage over us in recent games, but i agree with keemanam that the price on the Gunners is pretty catchy. However i'm a Gunners fan so my view may be bias!!

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

Have to agree with ya hockeymania i think Henry isnt playing well this season and he isnt that much of a loss. I saw him in the first game against villa and he didnt really put in the effort required and i think arsenal spend to much time trying to set him up sometimes. Man Utd dominated Celtic in midweek but still couldnt put them away because of a shady defense and i think arsenal can certainly cause them problems. It remains to be seen can utd hack it against the bigger clubs this season and i think the value lies with Arsenal.

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

hi guys :

I think Tottenham is going to win against fulham because fulham best players at the moment is out for enjury (Bullard) and Boa morti is not that good and there coach is daying (just kidding)

so Tottenham in my opinion is the best bet at the moment

Re: Premiership - 16/17th

I'm going to agree with Bet Boom above and take Spurs(-1AH). Although Fulham got a great victory against Newcastle last weekend it did come at a price as Jimmy Bullard and Papa Bouba Diop both went off injured. So two of Fulhams best players will be missing today and Fulham will have to field a makeshift midfield. In addition Wayne Routledge will be ineligible as new rules state that players are not allowed to play against the side they are on loan from.

Spurs striker Berbatov may feature at some point. He made the trip to Prague midweek but was judged to be "not quite ready". Spurs will definitely miss winger Aaron Lennon.

3 units Spurs(-1AH) @ 2.10

Who would have thought the only unbeaten sides in the Prem after 5 games would be Everton, Pompey and Villa
