Wolves unstoppable ..especially not from Crewe..I like this game a lot and Wolves have beaten Crewe in last fixture 4:1..Why no repeat this result

Ipswich not to loose
Preston not to loose

Crystal Palace..low odds, but I expect strong reaction tomorrow.. Good Luck!!

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

Got a feeling for HULL away @ Norwich @ 16/5 Bet365.

Hull just come out of a bad run of 3 defeats on the bounce, indeed the 2 they scored saturday were their first goals for 4 games. They were both scored by the Liverpool loan player Welsh, & reading the reports Hull ran the game bar the first 15 minutes & a brief period after half time. Coventry are tough to beat @ their new stadium & this was their first defeat there.
Last 6 @ home Norwich - w2, d2, l2, 6-4
Last 6 away Hull - w2, d1, l3, 5-6

Hull have struggled to score this season, only 7, but have only conceded the same in 10 matches.
Been on the Norwich boards & they arent happy at all with Worthington. They feel hes got no idea @ present & he was quoted as saying he didnt care what the fans think....which went down well
Dean Ashton took a knock to the head in the 15th minute but was kept on throughout. He was took to hospital with concussion after missing a late penalty. Ashton misses this game, so Huckerby will start alongside Lisbie.

For Hull, Marc Joseph will replace Lynch, who was sent off on saturday.

Feel Hull look decent here, certainly not to lose, as I feel theres pressure on Norwich & if they fail to win here, then Worthington is in trouble.

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

Norwich forward Darren Huckerby will return to the starting line-up.
And Huckerby could replace Dean Ashton who suffered concussion versus Reading, with Paul McVeigh and Jim Brennan retianing their wide berths.

Hull's list of absentees has increased with defender Mark Lynch suspended after being sent off at Coventry.

The Tigers are without Alton Thelwell, Robbie Stockdale, Ian Ashbee, Keith Andrews and Steve McPhee, but young defender Scott Wiseman could feature.

...none of them played saturday though, so I'm still thinking of backing them tbh

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

I like Wolves also - Leicester should probably beat a sticky Brighton side but prefer Wolves away.

How's the situ at Millwall fairing now - are they improving - stats show 2 wins and a draw with one win being against (fancied) Wolves. Last 2 fixtures against QPR have both been draws (0-0 and 1-1) where as QPR have also done OK of late but with a deafeat against Wolves. But a good win at the weekend against - Leicester - also fancied above.

more studying needed me's thinks

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

Burnley v Ipswich

I thought Burnley would improve when they had overcome their injury troubles but they haven't. They are still difficult to beat at home but they have still only won once. Confidence must be low as they hover at the bottom of the league. Last Saturday they had to come from behind to snatch a draw against Brighton with a penalty

They have lost their first choice keeper Coyne to injury.

Ipswich were a bit fortunate to win at Leeds (0-2) but it must still go down as a good performance. The week before they had to play most of the game with 10 men at home to Norwich before going down 0-1. The week before lady luck was on their side when they salvaged a draw at home to Southampton as they were totally outplayed.

As I write this I am now beggining to wonder why I have backed Ipswich to win this game. I guess I was attracted by the 2.92 on offer at Betfair. Anyway Ipswich have done well to get as many points as they have considering their early season injury problems (so says Joe Royle) and now I think I'd better keep my fingers crossed as all of a sudden I just feel hopeful rather than confident.

Ipswich 6pts @ 2.92

Well if I was on Burnley I could guarantee it would be a draw WAS- dont know if you saw but 4 times we have been on opposite sides, 4 times the draw. Swoops has been there like a vulture too.

4 you said wow. I remember a couple. Honours even but I suppose I'd rather you'd been completely right twice

Is this to be our foolproof system of making sure that swoops has a few winners

Hull as above & also looking @ Luton, possibly depending on Prestons appeals on the 2 red cards

What about Wolves? Pondering but I suppose they are a bit short for an away side.

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

Looks too obvious IMO, dont like it at all. Suppose theyre fair odds, but I havent forgotten the Millwall result, although I wasnt on it.

Dont need you lot for winners anyway, Was....Chris'll tell you I've got a foolproof system of alternating backing Walsall & their opponents & every 5th game a draw

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

I hate bets that are too obvious too Swoops.

Milwall vs Q.P.R

Milwall have improved of late away from home but still remain pretty dismal at home without a win and 3 defeats. They are also without Jody Morriss after a suspension.

Havnt got much to say on this one other than I would of priced Q.P.R slighly lower than 3.10 on offer so its worth a small wager methinks.

Milwall vs Q.P.R 1pt@3.1

Re: Championship Midweek - 27th/28th

Norwich must surely start winning more 'easy' matches to move up that table, and tonight is their chance against an injury hit Hull. Norwich who after beating the local rivals Ipswich then slipped up against Reading - although they had their chances..Bounce back tonight!!

10 pt single on Norwich @ 1.8 (Bluesq)
