I was just away to add all the forum links to the sidebar. Now im starting to think again before i begin. With the tabs is the forum navigation actually ok as it is? Do we need the forums in there? Would such tools as the site searches etc not be better and more usefull? i will need to have a think about this. maybe if i can get the menus to default as closed then i can just go and add everything.

If its poss which i believe it must be (why would the php community have something against closed menu's?) then i will just add all the forums and folks can open and close what they want

bloody unhelpfull gits that they are. sod them. I added all the forums anyhow as them being there has oone major advantage. If your in a thread in a forum you can go directly to another forum from it

How about a 'New Thread' bit up top where folks click and it posts a new thread in some chosen forums? Click - hello!

Just have it called 'Quick Post' and the forums underneath (8 say) and folks will get so used to accidently clicking them before we know it everyone is a poster

well that looks better. If we can just suss out how to make it a bit narrower and also default as all menus UP (or some down - forums) Maybe add a bit of order to the forums on it. Just the same as the forum. a little mini forum on the side of the forum..
