Is it possible to sort out this "admin specifies 2 posts in 45 secs" stuff please?

I understand it's use in terms of Tavs and mistakes. However, this control within the livescore forum negated it's concept last night as the scores were flying in and a few quick comebacks were required but the censor blocked me.

Everybody over 50 posts maybe? Or just disabled in that sub-forum?
