I am the Gettin of ISP connection speeds. Would actually have a higher speed than that but the test file is all downloaded with my speed still rising. My newsgroup downloads are hitting 20Mb/s on a dedicated connection to their server. Have a TV programme on my PC in about 3 mins, DivX film in about 7

It is but as I said CG, my speeds would be higher if it was a bigger file to download/test with. The file is practically there and the test ended before the speed can really kick in. Its still rising at the end of the test.
