160-7 now India, cant split 'em on Betfair

Pakistan 93-6 off 28 overs & Akmals trying to resurrect things whilst Mahmood hangs on. Botha 2-5 off 8 & saving 2. Spinners on, McCallan thats a blow, hes positively shit

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Pakistan 120-8 but Ireland have bowled 23 wides Just imagine how much better the scorecard would've looked if they'd kept their control a bit better in that respect.

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

23 wides Ireland. Nasty little stand from India for last wicket.

120/8. 191 all out.

Will be very tight, but fantastic/amazing so far.

Come on boys

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Pakistan still have the overs to creep their way past 160/170 which could cause Ireland a big problem. I think they need to have 140 max to aim for to have a good chance.

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Pitch looks fine in Trinidad, so it's just a question of heads down. The big part of the battle done.

And Ireland just have to keep their nerve.

1.32am here. No sleep for me tonight!

Wales England just starting so lot's going on/down.

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Pakistan skittled for 132...Deshis 1 down for 24. Very much in the balance but both minnows need some steady heads in there...

Bangles off like a train but lost an early wicket. Ireland favourites

Looking @ +120 if Ireland get home, more if my 4-prong HS bet comes off

Likely to finish around even if the Bangles fail but +20 odd minimum if they win

Off down the pub

Banglas home, heavy rain in Jamaica with Ireland ahead D/L.

Looks like the double. Hey Mr Tallyman, tally them bananas.

Hippy Dave is on a distinguished road
Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Swoops

Looks like I was right - that a big shock in this tournament would be caused by a minnow bowling their oppo out cheaply, rather than setting a big total.

And don't say Bangladesh did it through their batting - that was an upset rather than a shock, but also set up with their bowling display.

Re: ICC Cricket World Cup

Where to start with all of that today? I'd guess the drinks are on Swoop all night tonight though Then there's Piechucker's double, not to mention Rahmin beating the spread by 50pts.

Fantastic stuff, both of you
