I don't know what to say about that. For six sets Adams goes missing and then it's Nixon's turn to conveniently bottle it. As Kiko says, entertaining for all the wrong reasons.

One can be extremely cynical about what happened during the week. I'd probably join those at the Betfair forum to whinge about underhand conspiracy theories but there's no need to raise my blood pressure higher than it already is.

Spot on Kiko probably the worst final i've ever watched but one of the best for entertainment, The presentation was crap too, not even an interview on the stage for the fans, the BBC should take a leaf out of Skys book.

Averages were 90.30 Adams, and 87.06 Nixon by the way.

I'm surprised @ Adam's average as he really dipped in the 2nd half of that match , especially on the doubles and with Nixon picking up on the 180's and his finishing later on i'd have thought it a bit more even.

Still it made compulsive viewing and i was actually hoping Nixon would win it come the end.

He was around 95 at 6-0 up, so must have been around 85 after. Nixon didn't improve much, probably around 89 in his comeback.
