Ahead of first leg vs Ethnikos Aachnas, Macedonia DP can not count on several regulars in previous season - ATT Boskovic & Scepanovic , ATT/MID Polozajni left team after domestic league finished. Also before few days GK Simov, ATT Ismaili and MID Dimovski get gren light to leave club too.
According to coach Ivancevic club decide to give chace to some youth talents in new season. Also they had probs with getting Greece visa. Also its quitre obvious that caoch Ivancevic will leave Makedonia after two legs vs Etnikps Aachnas.

Grbalj finished on 3rd spot in Montenegrian league. Still they had 20+ less points then top two sides - Zeta & Buducnost on the end. Grbalj has short preparations in Vrsac (Serbia), town near Romanian border. Also played one friendly match vs local team who is playing in serbian 3rd league - 0:0; reports said poor perfomance from both sides.
Grbalj will be without starting attacking duo - Bozovic / Agbo. First is out cause of injury, second cause of admin probs (not given visa for Romania)

Liam Fleming is confident his side can progress
Cliftonville face Latvian side FC Dinaburg in their Intertoto Cup first round, first leg match at Windsor Park on Saturday (1430 BST).
"We have only had a short break but we have to get on with it. The lads have worked hard and we are as prepared as we can be," said skipper Liam Fleming.

"We will be well briefed on their style of play but we believe in ourselves and are confident we can play well and win.

"A good run in this competition would give us confidence for the new season."

Fleming added that the Reds had been watching DVDs of their opposition and said he expected they would be "strong, physical and technically good".

Striker Chris Scannell said "it will be strange playing a home match at Windsor Park".

"The lads enjoy playing there, it's a nice stadium and there are stands at either side so hopefully we will get a good crowd and they will create a bit of atmosphere.

"We had some good results at Windsor last season so, fingers crossed, that will continue.

"Gerard Lawlor and Eddie Patterson have brought back a report on Dinaburg so we should be well prepared and hopefully can do the business," said Scannell.


##This game is being played at Windsor park as Cliftonville's home ground is a bit of a dump .But in saying that they are used playing at Windsor as it is only a few miles from their home stadium..

As a guide last season Cliftonville were at windsor for the 1st league game and ran rings around Linfield winning 3-0 ,Linfield went on to win every thing in the local football with ease after that shock start.

Cliftonville are sure to come out of the traps all guns blazing and enjoy the wide open spaces of the windsor pitch.

Great info Voja. Grbalj is from one,I can say, village in Montenegro and they are terrible in footbal. They played against local club in Vrsac and that team was much better even that club is one of the worst in 3rd division in Serbia.
I don't see nothing except clear HOME WIN tommorow.

Nothing really catch my attention, and there's no high staked bets today in this Cup.

But, something is already taken couple of days ago...Tobol @ 2,35 for example, but now, since huge amount of money lies on HW - chances for winning bet are rather slim, who knows?
Tobol might be considered as a mistake done by the bookies, since their today opponent is weaker than them and team is consisted mainly of 18 year old players.
Now Tobol is down to @ 1,30...and the value lies on away side.

Same situation in Baku @ 1.85...maybe this is the match which is in a Tobol's shadow, and chances for HW are slightly bigger.

Cork are doing quite well in the Irish League and expect them to beat Valur over the two legs, but Valur are strong at home. They drew with Brondby there last year.


Also they are unbeaten in their few home games so far this year. I think Cork will get a surprise here today but take control in the second leg. I will take Valur with a zero handicap. Odds of about 2.30 at home against Cork seems reasonable to me.

This is not good news for Llanelli from the bbc, Mingorance will be missed , a dangerous player who can score from numerous positions.

Llanelli's hopes of progress in the Intertoto Cup have been hit by a contract dispute with influential playmaker Jacob Mingorance.
The Spaniard will miss Sunday's first round match with Lithuanian side Vetra.
Mingorance, 28, scored 19 goals for Llanelli last season, including the winner in their Uefa Cup first qualifying round win over Gefle.
He will hold further talks with Llanelli chairman and the club hope he will play in the second leg on 1 July.
Llanelli manager Peter Nicholas flew out to Lithuania two days before the rest of the squad to watch Vetra in action on Wednesday night.
A 30th-minute goal by Mindaugas Panka proved enough for victory against Ekranas, lifting Vetra to fifth in the A Lyga table.
That was their 16th league game of the season, while Llanelli will go into the match with just a friendly against Welsh League side Afan Lido under their belts.
But despite the lack of match preparation, Nicholas is confident his players will be ready for the task at hand.
"It is a bit early for us because it's just over a month since the season ended," he said.
"But we've been back training for 10 days and our fitness levels are good.
"We've tried to find out as much as we can about Vetra and I'm hopeful we can come back from Lithuania with a result."
