Re: Belarus

class engineer. I wouldnt know the diff...ah i seee..would Belarusians have a russian accent? Suppose they would/could as they aint that far are they? Hopefully Beanie will be about to tell us about the old easter bloc betting last year. I forget how it went as that night was the start of my downfall the past year. Stressed to hell . This is truly awfull this song. Where does Hasta La Vista come from. Is it spannish?

No suprise to see that at 50/1

Re: Belarus

Wouldn't write this one off just yet - its not far off a carbon copy of the Belarus entry last year which was a contender until everyone realised the guy couldn't sing or pronounce english words.

This one could rest on similar things - need a live performance to judge - unfortunately he has all the pizazz of a wet weekend in Derbyshire.

Its a trashy song, no doubt, but I reckon it'll qualify atleast - that kind of song tends to have a fairly broad appeal.

Re: Belarus

I haven't seen a live performance yet.

The problem remains him and the performance, I still think the song is the right type to perhaps qualify for the final which looks like it will be odds against.

But...I did read somewhere that the whole thing has been revamped a little - choreography, dancers etc etc which would bring it together a bit more.

Re: Belarus

Hopefully he... (ahem) won't be back. Awful. I'm really struggling to care this year as I feel it's the worst selection in the history of the event but obviously some of this shit is going to be up there. Hopefully not this substandard effort.

Re: Belarus

live performance added

200/1 in places and as low as 40/1

im a little unsure of this one. The chorus is almost ok but it doesnt hit the heights it could. Im sure the 200/1 is too big poss. Lets hear the chorus again...aye well if he could sing it might help. Lacking a punch though

Re: Belarus

Not sure that's live Komp - still looks like lip synching to me...

Woah a second - they've done the song up...bloody hell it looks like they've done him up too...

I like that a lot better - a bit of extra synth in the background to give it a much more together feel...

The odds on this song are absolutely bonkers, thats a decent Eurovision sound and the word is they've done up the stage show for it.

Re: Belarus

Belarus had a decent song last year..probably the fact they had a couple of babes dancing in the background helped sway my opinion...this though is totally unexciting..not a chance !
