Bookmaker Review Help

Ive always wanted to have a bookmaker review thing on TDP. To me the bookie isn't put enough to the sword and it will be the same for a lot of you after reading some of the moans in here on a Saturday morning. I'll try and be quick here and tell you the sort of options open to us as we go. all options can be REQ or NOT.

Right first thing i am asked for is a criteria. Ive added-

Range Of Bets
Speed Of Payout
Ease of Use
Customer Service

(and also for poker and casino req)

for test purposes. Can anyone expand on that list or reword it etc? I'll be back with a load more pleas for help in a sec once i get this coffee and watch a tutoria on how to set it up again (my forst effort went wrong as i made the min deposit option REQ and i never knew what numerial value it was wanting, think i just missed a 0 from 5.00 ) All these reviews will be sortable etc

Mainly use it for horse racing and football , seems to be plenty of other stuff as well.

Speed of pay out , 5 stars for me , never had a problem with waiting to long.

Ease use , i manage so it must be easy.

Customer service ,ive only had to ring them twice and they sorted it out straight away , on both ocassions.

Well you can keep all that for the review thing Winrew as i aint writing them for you Nah i was looking at the catogery headings Winrew.

Site Layout (a poss or maybe just user friendliness)

for the 'to be rated on' section. Thing is once i open it and there's ratings i cant go back and add them so tthats why i thought i would post and ask if folks had any ideas.

It's like going for a big shop for loads of things you like but fdoing that 6 times a day. I throw away about $200 woth of merchandise every 2 hours i reckon and 90% of the stuff is free. I was saying to mick i think ive tried to install everything thats on 3 warez forums that have a joomla section in each.

I was thinking of having NON REQ wee check boxes for 'types of payment' SOLO, PAYPAL, SWITCH etc so as we ccan get a list that can be searched and show all the bookies that take PAYPAL etc. also a decimal numerical field whichj i was just gonna fill in with the min/max bet i can find (all links appreciated)

TEXT AREA - I suppose you would have Comments in there. You could have more than comments in POSITIVE and NEGATIVE feedback i suppose.

I was wanting to use the wee click boxes so as folks can tell us to their experience if a bookie has any extra features such as errrrrrr Bet Calculator, Radio or more things (i really would love a good list thjere if you could help me chaps ) as i say ive only really got one reall instal with this as when the catergories and tick boxes are all there and the reviewing has started then there's no going back. We still dont have your logins moved over (well we ave but there's a few cookie problems to iron out) so you wont be able to use this facility till then so i suppose the best way to do this is for me to leave this for 12hrs and get as much info from everyone on the content of the review thing.

So to recap i need info on-

bookmaker extra features
things on which to rate a bookie on (1-10 or 1-100?)
and other things that i'll think about

"Best prices available" has got to be in their too Komp. It's no good having all the others if you're offering the skimpiest odds on everything.

Maybe something about posting markets early too. Some of them are willing to stick their necks out by posting footy game odds a week in advance whilst others sometimes wait till three days before the game or something. Don't know how you could word that.....erm.............any ideas anyone? "Early markets available"? Nah.....

You could add 'Events Covered' where you can rate them on the actual sports, leagues, etc that they offer and change 'Range of Bets' to 'Markets Offered' so that they could be rated on the type an number of markets they have.

Then just have a section called 'Odds' where you can rate them on how early/late they post them, whether they allow the easy display of decimal or fractional odds depending on your preference, etc.

'Ease of use' should be about the actual navigation and look of the site and how easy/hard the actual mechanics of placing a bet are - or maybve that is 2 seperate sections.

lovely stuff chaps i'll read this in a bit. I'll get started whe the sun goes down too. Its gonna be a lot of work but it would put my mind at reast on a few things.

Keep the ideas a coming folks. Be great if it was all spelled out to me. anyone got a list of 'features' a bookmakers offers?

make a list of who covers what leagues. Make it a chart that you can look down and see who does what
