Strangely enough, I've actually read the book of that Cracker episode, in French. Just wanted to read something in French, and found that in a bookshop. Never seen the episode though (or any episode of Cracker for that matter). Never knew it was based on books either until then.

I think this was one of those cases where the book was actually based on the TV series rather than the other way round.

That was a great episode. Carlyle was brilliant.
