Forcing A Mistake - What Is The Best Move On This Turn?

Villain is about 70/40/2 over 100 hands. I'm 15/5/3.

I think it was a mistake to lead (or at least lead so big) at the flop. The villain is first to act after you and is very aggressive. The two players who called him pre-flop may well realise this. He will likely bet at this flop, but probably not with a huge bet (unless he has the Ace of spades). I'd be looking to the check-raise the flop and hopefully trap the middle players for a few bets.

I think check-raising the turn when you've shown strength on the flop isn't going to work - most players will probably check behind you and you're giving a free card to someone with an Ace or Queen of spades. Lead at the turn for as much as you think he'll call.
