I'd guess it would be something like having KQs on a flop with a JTs (same as your KQ) and a low card - e.g. 2 or 3
If you're up against a hand like 88 you're currently behind, but any 9 or A makes you a straight, there are 7 other suited cards making you a flush, and 3 queens and 3 Kings making you a higher pair. You also have outs if the turn and river are tens and jacks - making two overpairs on the board, and your King kicker beating his 8.
That would, very simplistically, be 21-22 outs (although on some of them he'll re-draw to beat you.
