Just back from a few days away, so thought I'd have a crack at one of these €1.50 satellites tonight..

Well thats great..First hand - get AK in late position - raise 100 and then the software freezes (which Virgin is prone to do on my laptop ).. Just managed to get back in and notice that I am down to 1370 chips, so some git must have called and then laughed when I timed out..

EDIT: it's just happened to me again !!

Oh well..In late postion I raise the blinds by 500 with AQ..The Big Blind reraises me all-in..Shit I think, but with 800 left I call and sure enough he turns over JJ.. - the rest of the cards are no help and out I go..

Hmmm..Gonna be a long slog to qualify this time methinks..

Its been a while since i've played in some daily punt league thing. Does that still go on?? or is that just the tournment now and again. Need some practice for Vegas in summer

Hi milners, no there isn't a league these days. MickeyPaul was talking about it again the other day but I'm not doing anything. Pester him maybe. This tournament is a one off.

Yes I've had that for about 3 months now, unlucky Rick. Rebuy over, just about to go onto level 6 100/200, I have 6k in chips, not had any playable hands for ages though, still, I'll keep plugging away. Good luck anybody still in.

Aye, had a pop tonight - messed up the rebuy/addon stage - I was under the impression I would be able to both rebuy and add on if going bust in the final hand of level four, and so had a gamble with a marginal hand, but all I was offered was the add on Not much doing after that. Good luck YS

try playing a lowish value STT on IQ poker skin. 9 min blinds and level 3 is only 30/60. Its a level you know you can beat but plenty of time to blow away any cobwebs so to speak at little cost

Think I'll be changing the day we play this as there is a PokerPlayer mag freeroll for it on the same day. That's no use, will be playing in that one anyway.
