Bet365 are interested in letting us have a private tournie and have offered a small amount of FREE BETS to the winners. Still speaking to them about it etc. Its a start at least. What night's and times best etc?

as i say i would like to hold this and other tournies as often as we can. I'll speak to bet365 and get this once a month. First Thur of the month 'Bet365 Thursday'

Access to tournament: we can make it password protected or limit it to some
usernames.

If you choose limited to a list of usernames we must communicate on the fact that players must sign-up 24 hours before the tournament date (that leaves us time to upload the list of usernames to access the tourney)
