Not sure how I missed the sticky thread updates. Oh well, 2nd division sucks. Still, first ever promoted player sounds good.

Maybe as it's the first season, top 5 in each league form the premier next season? This season they're equal.

Or am I over complicating things?

It could increase the excitement a bit too actually - last few games might see people with nothing to play for, mid table mediocrity. This way, mid table might be the difference between top flight and not.

And if the bottom 5 from each go into division 2 any new players that get drawn in can form a third division next time.

I’m good for Wednesday and Thursdays. Not too much point getting hung up on the number of games played IMO as I’d imagine most people will miss one or two. Having said that the DUPS system seems as mentioned by moDtheGod seems the fairest to all concerned. Those that are there get the points albeit reduced in the absence of a full field which sounds right intuitively given that its easier to place in a field of seven than say ten.

I might be stuck. I have an account with them I used to use for betting. It has 1p in it so I can;t change my card details (it's registered with a credit card which has expired)

Will call them tomorrow and hope for the best. I wont be able to remember any of security details though, not used it in like 3 years. Stupid Bet365.

Ah yeah I remember something like that happened to me. Hmmm the minimum bet on anything is 10p as well isn't it ? 1p can get stuck afgter conversions from dollars etc, it's a pain.

My shift pattern rotates on a four week basis so there is no one day I will always be there however can we make it 8.30 if possible that way the kids will be settled in bed and I wont get as much grief from the wife
